Cleveland 300677 Hi-Limit Safety Thermal Switch Snap Action 193F

The Cleveland 300677 Hi-Limit Thermostatic Switch W/ 1/2" MPT and 1/4" tab terminal is a fixed temperature secure switch for commercial cooking equipment. Its intended to trip off the electrical power at 193F upon detection of an over-temperature condition. Switching is not controlled by an adjustable dial and it is not a regulating thermostat, but rather a protective cutoff. It is usually applied to the other foodservice equipment that requires thermal limits to prevent overheating. It is installed in-line with the heating circuit in the system and operates as a secure interlocking part that automatically turns off the system when operating temperatures reach the rated value.
