The Lang 30304-16 Convection Oven Circuit Board Switch 140-45°F switch between the 12 different temperature settings, providing control signals to the oven's heating circuit to adjust output. It receive the input from the control dial and converts it to temperature range setting for uniform operation. The switch is usually located in the oven control panel assembly behind the user interface for convenient access to wiring connections and mounted on the internal bracket close to the selector knob housing for electrical routing within the control compartment to ensure secure electrical connection during oven operation cycle.
