The Groen 003130 Handwheel & Shaft Assembly is a part that can be installed in other compatible steam-jacketed kettles where it is necessary to have manual control of the movement or discharge. This is a mechanism that connects the external handwheel to the internal drive mechanism which provides rotational force to change kettle positioning. Being embedded in the control housing, it assists to provide constant mechanical responsiveness when tilting or releasing the product. The positioning in the kettle system makes it easy to operate manually and align the moving parts correctly, proper installation ensures the rotation of the shafts is balanced.
