The Traulsen 341-27565-03 Door Gasket is a replacement sealing component for the commercial refrigeration equipment. Measuring 23-1/2" X 29-1/2" it installs around the door opening and contacts the cabinet frame when the door closes. The gasket compresses between the cabinet to limit air exchange and maintain the refrigerated compartment temperature. It also prevents warm outside air and moisture from entering around the closed door. The gasket supports proper refrigeration operation by reducing air leakage and unnecessary compressor cycling during normal equipment use in foodservice applications.
