The Magikitch'N 350100416 Pointer Knob Burner is used in compatible commercial cooking equipment. It is 2-1/2 inch in diameter and 0.240 inch in mounting size so that it can firmly fit on the shaft of the burner valve to enable it to be adjusted manually. The pointer design assists the operator to visually align the knob with reference marks in the control panel. It is mounted on the front panel and allows a fine control of the flow of gas when in operation. This knob is significant in commercial kitchens because it assists in keeping the burner output constant to aids in supporting the controlled heating and predictable cooking performance.
