The Kairak 3501114 Door Gasket 19-1/2" x 10-1/8" is a sealing gasket for use with compatible refrigerated food service equipment. It forms a tight fit between the cabinet frame and door to help keep the interior cabinet temperature controlled and air leakage during operation to a minimum. The gasket is fitted around the edge of the access door and tightens when the door is closed to provide better insulation in the refrigeration system. It is widely used in commercial refrigeration, prep tables and restaurant kitchens. This element supports maintaining temperature improving energy and maintaining consistent cooling.
