Hobart 352492-1 Thermostat 3/16" X 6-1/2" Bulb Nickel KXP

The Hobart 352492-1 Thermostat is a temperature sensing control for use in compatible commercial foodservice equipments. It has a 3/16" x 6-1/2" nickel sensing bulb that is fitted in the heated portion of the unit to measure operating temperatures. Temperature changes are measured by the thermostat and the heating circuit is regulated to keep the temperature within the desired range. It controls the stable warm temperature of the equipment in use, and works together with the equipment's heating and electrical control system. This type of thermostat part can be used when the original thermostat has become out of calibration, has malfunctioned or fails to respond to the temperature change.
