The Lincoln 369009 Thermocouple Probe is a temperature sensor that is used in commercial cooking systems to check and control the amount of heat in burners or heating chambers. It is installed somewhere in the flame or the heat source region to detect any changes in temperature and relay the same to the control circuit to ensure safe ignition and stable operation. The thermocouples help to maintain constant heat production and avoid flame or temperature problems. It advisable to replace the probe when it is corroded, damaged, the temperature in check, safe operation and consistent cooking performance under normal commercial conditions.
