The Keating 38368 Black Pointer Knob is a replacement part used in commercial gas griddles. It is 2 inches in diameter and is placed on the control shaft on the front panel of the griddle. It is a component of the control interface of the appliance which links operator input to the internal thermostat or valve system. It is normally changed in the course of service when the control knob that is in use is loose, or hard to read and this is to ensure that the griddle operates consistently.
