The Middleby Marshall 39530 Air Switch is a pressure-sensing safety part that is installed in a compatible conveyor oven. It has a rating of 0.13 inches water column, which is used to check the airflow in the oven system to ensure that the conditions are well ventilated. This switch is installed in the airflow and safety circuit and is used to make sure that the oven is turned on only when sufficient air movement has taken place. It is applied in commercial baking situations it is replaced in the process of servicing where airflow detection is erroneous or the switch is not responding properly.
