The Toastmaster - See Middleby Marshall 3B82D0087S Drawer Catch Assembly hold the drawer in the closed position by hooking up with the drawer latch when closing the drawer. It operates by enabling the latch mechanism to connect the catch bracket to keep the drawer fixed until it is pulled open. This is mounted into the cabinet frame, in which the drawer is inserted into the equipment housing. The catch is positioned so that it fits into the drawer latch to form contact point that will act as a locker when the drawer is completely closed.
