The Manitowoc 40-0475-3 Ice Machine Water Curtain directs the flow of water in the ice machine assembly to create a controlled sheet that directs the circulation across the evaporator surface. It directs returning water and assists in distributing internal parts in operation, returning water into the reservoir route and aiding in the stability of direction of flow, maintaining stability of recirculation pattern during cycle operation. It is mounted in the ice machine water distribution zone above the evaporator grid, mounted in the internal chamber structure to fit in water delivery channels.
