The Hobart 411506-4 Thermostat is a temperature control system that is designed for use with commercial cooking apparatus for controlling its operating temperature. The sensing bulb is 3/16" x 8-5/8" and has a 36" capillary connection; it is compatible with designated heating systems up to 700F. It is mounted inside machinery used to cook or warm food and connects with the electrical regulating and heating elements to enable a regulation of the equipment. Replacement is normally performed when the sensing accuracy and thermostat response are not consistent during the normal operation of the machinery during the routine service procedure.
