The Hobart 411967-00004 Range Grill Heating Element 5000W 208V is a heating element that works, by converting electrical energy into heat by passing an electric current through a metal coil to produce a uniform high temperature. It is placed under the grill plate in a commercial range unit to heat the cooking area evenly.
