The Hobart 419999-1 TC Type 125 Thermostat with 5/16 x 5 inch bulb and 3/8 inch MPT stuff box is applied in the regulation of operating temperatures in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. The sensing bulb is placed in the heated region or product zone where it picks the temperature. These readings are sent by the capillary assembly to control the heating circuit. This thermostat is a component of the control system of the appliance and assists in keeping the same temperatures when cooking or holding process.
