Garland 4522268 Range Open Top Grate

The Garland 4522268 Range Open Top Grate is a removable cast cooking grate that supports cookware above the open burners on compatible commercial systems. Its raised contact points keep pots and pans positioned over the burner while the spaces between grate sections allow the burner flame and heat to reach the cookware. The grate rests directly on the range's top support structure and does not require a separate power or control connection. It works with the burner assembly and range top to provide physical cooking surface required for open-flame operation. Its removable design also provides access to the burner area during regular cleaning and maintenance.
