Garland 4522269 Range Open Top Grate

The Garland 4522269 Range Open Top Grate Supports cookware above the unit burner area, allowing heat to transfer from the open-top cooking section to vessels during food preparation in commercial equipment. While allowing heat and flame to reach the cooking vessel from below its formed grate structure distributes the weight of pots and pans across the range surface and maintains clearance above the burner. The open sections permit combustion heat to pass through without restricting the burner area. Installed directly over the open-top burners, the grate works with the burner system to position cookware at the intended cooking height and provide a stable surface during operation.
