The Jade Range 460-153-A00 Thermostat FDO is an accuracy capillary thermostat designed to serve FDO commercial cooking units. It has a 3/16" x 14 3/4" sensing bulb and 48 inch capillary that measures and regulates the amount of heat produced between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The variations in temperature at the bulb operate an internal mechanical switch, which switches power to the heating elements. The thermostat fits into control circuits, providing repeatable and cycling as well as setpoint temperatures. Its robust design enables it to be used in commercial kitchen conditions.
