The Blodgett 51608 Drain Valve is intended to regulate the discharge of water and sediments in the boiler part of the compatible commercial ovens. It enables the operators or service to empty the boiler in the process of maintenance, cleaning or descaling in order to assist in maintaining the correct production of steam and the cleanliness of the interior. This valve gives a regulated exit to the collected minerals and leftover water upon operation.
