The Frymaster 55228SC Filter Hose Handle 1/2" FPT is a manual operating part used on compatible fryer equipment to open, close, or shift access panels and related sections. It provides a solid point for hand movement so parts can be pulled or pushed without touching the hot metal surface of the unit.
