The Blodgett 56878 Infinite Control Kit is designed to operate on compatible ovens that need to be able to adjust the heat. This kit is used to control the variable delivery of power to heating elements so that temperature can be raised or lowered gradually instead of cycling. It is interconnected with the control interface and heating circuit to give responsive output control. The design allows the continuous adjustment of thermal levels during cooking. It is applied in commercial baking apparatus wherein the heat control is required to be adjusted to maintain steady and controlled cooking results.
