The Henny Penny 58863 Fryer Valve Natural Gas 24V is controlled by an electrical signal during the cooking cycle to open and close the valve. It controls the flow of natural gas in a fryer, The valve allows gas to flow to the burner when it is needed and prevents the gas from flowing when the cycle is complete.
