The Anets 60125203-C Fryer Gas Valve Millivolt System controls the gas flow by means of a millivolt-controlled safety circuit. It controls burner ignition and fuel delivery by opening and closing the valve in response to the signal from the pilot assembly and control linkage and also provides thermopile generated millivolt continuity and safety shutoff response when the pilot is out. It is mounted in the gas train of the fryer gas line assembly between the control module and the burner manifold with inlet and outlet connections to the pilot tubing interface and burner feed pathway for gas control operation sequencing of the fryer.
