The Wells 60858 Drop-in Warmer Pan W/Drain is a food-holding pan that is used in compatible built-in warming units. It is designed to be installed in a ready countertop aperture and transfer heat using steam or water to operate temperatures. The integrated drain connection enables the removal of water in the well to be controlled making it easy to clean the well after service. It is placed in steam table systems and assists to keep the heat at a constant level under food pans is a way of making sure it is securely placed in the warmer housing
