The Hobart 715109-0000N Gas Safety Valve is a spare part of a low-voltage safety control component designed for use in commercial cooking equipment. Operating at a 3.03/3.3V control circuit level, it can be used through a 3/8-inch tube fitting, and it is ideal for electronic ignition assemblies. To control and stop the flow of gas to the burner system if the ignition conditions are not met or when the flame is lost.
