The Dean 803-0032 Basket Support is a nickel plated rack which is used with Frymaster fryers such as FM35, GF14, GF14-SD, and MJ35. This wire rack is 11-5/8” by 14-3/8” and is positioned lengthwise for proper support of baskets while the fryer is in use. It aids in avoiding tilting and moving of baskets to safe frying. Nickel plating is used to give the product a long life because it is not easily corroded. Recommended for kitchen use, the basket support rack increases efficiency by organizing the fryer, supporting the baskets, and increasing safety in facilities.
