The Dean 803-0132 Basket Support Rack is a high and sturdy nickel plated rack suitable for Frymaster fryer models BIH, BIPH, FH, FM and many more. Measuring 12-7/16” x 13-3/4”, it is used in frying to hold the baskets during frying to ensure that oil drains without spilling in between.
