The Dean 803-0187 Sediment Tray with Green Handle is a component that is used to collect food particles and residue in compatible fryer systems. It works by lying under the frypot region where the sediment is deposited in the tray during cooking periods to be removed in an organised manner. This component is placed within the fryer cabinet, where residue control is needed in the commercial kitchen conditions. The green handle is built in to help with controlled handling, and the length of the handle is 18 1/2 inch which matches the fryer cabinet sizes.
