The Frymaster 806-7972 Thermostat Fenwal is a temperature-controlling compatible system. It measures the temperature of oil and triggers the heating system to make burner output changes to stabilize at the desired setpoint. It is normally applied in foodservice conditions like restaurants and kitchens.
