The Dean 807-0800 Fryer Transformer is applied to reduce voltage in commercial fryer control systems. It has a 120 volt primary input and 24 volt secondary output of 50VA to provide low voltage power to controls, relays and safety parts. The transformer is installed in the electrical compartment of the fryer, and it facilitates stable functioning of control circuits.
