The Dean 807-2424 Gas Valve 1/2" LP 9.0" WC is a gas flow control component for commercial cooking equipment that uses liquid propane. It can be attached to the gas line system in which it controls the amount of fuel supplied to the burners. The valve works in response to control inputs whereby the flow of the gas is allowed or limited to ensure that the pressure levels remain constant. It supports maintaining fryer systems at a constant temperature and in a secure manner. It provides the correct fuel management and operation.
