The Frymaster 807-3552 Gas Fryer Natural Gas Control Valve is a gas control component designed for commercial use on natural gas systems. This gas control valve controls the flow of natural gas to the burner assembly via a 1/4" CCT pilot fitting and a 3/4" outlet allowing proper ignition and regulating the heat to the fryer. Mounted in the fryer gas train, it works with secure and pilot elements to optimise burner operation. The valve is used for service and replacement to assist restore and operate fryers used in commercial kitchens.
