The Dean 810-2252 Filter Pump is a fluid movement element, which is used in fryer systems to circulate oil through the filtration process. It is fitted in the filtration assembly whereby it pulls the oil out of the tank and directs it through filters. This pump is 5 GPM, which means that it will have a steady flow when used. It is connected to hoses and internal connections and works on filtering cycles. It is commonly used in commercial kitchens and helps in the circulation of oil. Replacement is usually performed during servicing when performance decreases, and it is possible to continue to operate.
