Dean 810-4688 Universal Service Burner FP/GL30

The Dean 810-4688 Universal Service Burner provides controlled heat production through the use of an internal channel system to direct the gas flow to the ignition point. Once it is switched on, gas passes through the burner ports and burns to produce a uniform heating pattern below the fry tank. The burner assembly is designed to match the internal heating design of the fryer to cover the flames equally. This element is mounted in FP and GL30 units that are compatible, and it is mounted in the compartment of the burner where it is connected to the gas supply and ignition assembly. It is an alternative burner that is used to reinstate normal heating operation.
