The Frymaster 8100885 Drain Valve 1.25" With Lock controls release of cooking oil from the fryer by opening and closing the drainage pathway during maintenance and oil-disposal procedures. The locking mechanism keeps the valve in selected position while directing oil flow through drain outlet when activated.
