The Hobart 817582 Probe Housing Gasket 4-3/8" x 4-7/8" is a sealing designed to bridge to close the gap between the probe housing and equipment body of compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It is also mounted around the probe housing hole, where it tends to keep moisture, grease or other contaminants out of the internal part. It is an element of the probe mounting and sealing system and ensures the successful placement of the probe and the safeguard of the internal components. Foodservice equipment is usually made using it in routine maintenance to ensure proper enclosure integrity.
