The Frymaster 823-06932 Gas Fryer Right Basket Lift Arm is a mechanical connection that conveys the movement of the lift mechanism to lift and lower the fryer basket during use. It is attached to the lifting assembly and swivels using a controlled movement which allows the basket to move in a controlled direction as a part of the automated frying process. This part is placed on the right side of the basket lift system of the fryer and it is aligned with the lifting frame and support structure. It is essential in the coordination of the vertical movement of the basket in the fryer assembly during cooking cycles.
