The Dean 826-1526 Fryer Temperature Probe Kit is a substitute temperature-sensing assembly designed for compatible commercial systems. Measuring approximately 2-1/2" x 12" x 2" x 5" and equipped with 1/8" round terminal block pins, the probe continuously monitor cooking oil temperature and sends accurate readings to the control system.
