The Frymaster 826-2017 Gas Conversion Kit SR 42 LP to Natural is a service kit to convert an LP to natural gas compatible SR 42 commercial systems. It contains the necessary parts to tune fuel delivery to securely and efficiently power the systems on a different fuel supply type. The kit is installed at the time of equipment servicing/reconfiguration when there is a change in the kitchens utility source. In the system, it adjusts the gas train to achieve the proper combustion and stable burner performance in natural gas, the latter being the most significant factor, it is normally applied in foodservice conditions.
