Cres Cor 848-008-ACK Solid State Thermostat provides precise temperature control solutions for food warming applications. This reliable thermostat incorporates a solid-state construction which provides dependable precision while distinguishing itself from basic mechanical thermostats. The Cres Cor 848-008-ACK Solid State Thermostat uses included probe and wire leads to simplify installation across multiple Cres Cor warmer models which include the 747 series and H-135-AP-8. This part includes a 2-inch diameter knob A1379 equipped with a pointer for user adjustments and installs securely through a 1/4" round set screw. To achieve optimal performance use the temperature probe #44-1274 and additional hardware #22-1387 as needed.
