The Vulcan Hart 855968-1 Safety Valve is a pressure regulator which protects commercial kitchen kettles and steam equipment by controlling steam pressure. The Safety Valve provides 339 BTU/hr flow capacity through its 1/2" MPT x 1/2" FPT size which fits Cleveland Kettle models KEL, KEP, KET, KGL, and SSE. This 50 PSI rated brass steam safety valve functions to discharge excess pressure effectively and protecting both equipment and users from over pressurization.
