The Star Mfg 8579 Oven Safety Pilot Valve is an essential part for commercial cooking equipment, for regulating the gas supply. This 1/2” valve works by controlling the pilot flame to allow safe ignition and use of the appliance. It has a small footprint and has a 1/4” pilot outlet and can accommodate up to 150,000 BTU.
