The Hobart 913099-3 Pilot Burner is small ignition system that is used in gas-powered commercial kitchen equipment. It is located close to the main burner and it produces a continuous flame that ensures that the gas supply is properly ignited during operation. This keeping the heating efficient, and minimizes the time to start up. Installed in the combustion system of the systems to maintain the overall performance of the systems by providing controlled ignition. It is also used in food service settings and is replaced during maintenance when the pilot is not able to ignite consistently or cannot maintain a steady flame under normal conditions.
