The Hobart 922032 Thermostat GS 200 F- 550 F control the temperature in the oven by detecting the heat and turning the heating element on or off to keep the temperature within the preferred range. It operates at 200 to 550 F and the cooking conditions can be adjusted precisely by its internal sensing system. This thermostat can be fitted directly into the oven cavity and it is connected to the existing electrical system to monitor and control the temperature at all times. It fits into the oven assembly and aligns well with the heating elements and internal parts to work effectively.
