The Hobart 98314 Dishwasher Steam Solenoid Valve is used in controlling the steam. This valve works at 120/240V with a 1/2” FPT connection and controls the amount of steam to be released during washing to improve cleaning results. This works by having an electromagnetic coil provided for to open and shut the valve through controlling flow of steam.
