The Dormont A-100 Quick Disconnect Gas Flow 1" is used to attach and detach gas lines safely in commercial kitchen equipment and gas systems. It operates by providing a safe and audible linkage between the gas supply lines and the appliances so that when they are on, the gas is allowed to flow, and when off, it is automatically turned off. The coupling is installed between the gas supply and the appliance inlet to allow operators to change or service equipment.
