Hobart A20SS Mixing Bowl 20-QT

The Hobart A20SS Mixing Bowl 20-QT retains the ingredients during the operation as the agitator rotates through the mixture to assist in the blending and preparation operations. It has a 20-quart capacity stainless steel construction with a formed rim and mounting positions which fit standard mixer bowl supports and lift mechanisms. The bowl places the ingredients under the mixing attachment to allow mechanical mixing of materials as it is operating. This element is mounted on the arms of the bowl supports on compatible commercial planetary mixers. The bowl is the main mixing/blending/dough preparation bowl used in bakery and foodservice production facilities.
