The Accutemp ACCAT0E2559-6 Gas Thermostat is a temperature control component designed for compatible commercial electric griddles. Operating at 24VAC with a 200-400°F temperature range, it uses RTD sensing equipment to monitor the cooking surface temperature and regulate heating operations.
