The Accutemp AT1A-3600-1 Door Assembly Evolution works on the concept of swinging on the hinges to open and close the door, providing access to the cooking chamber and keeping the inside and outside conditions separate. The door is provided with latching parts to remain firmly closed when it is in operation and to disengage when it is opened for service or loading. This assembly is fitted on the front of compatible Evolution series units and is attached to the cabinet frame at specific hinge points. It consists of the door panel, handle, hinges, and sealing surfaces that are to fit the structure of the equipment.
