The Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA4050214 Type K Toaster Thermocouple Probe with 25" Wire 3/16 x 1. This is a temperature probe installed in commercial toaster units to measure the heat level inside the toaster. This is used to measure the temperature in the heating area and transfer it to the control circuit to regulate it. It is installed in incompatible foodservice operations. Its use in the system is to assist in proper temperature control, enabling the toaster to work within the required heating limits in repetitive cooking cycles.
